	State of Louisiana The State of Louisiana has depended on EMGrantsPro to manage their Public Assistance program ever since Hurricane Katrina. 	State of Florida Florida was the first State to have a web-based Public Assistance system, launching FloridaPA.org after the 4 major hurricanes of 2004. The system now manages over 15 major Federal declarations and has become fully merged with the standard operating procedure of the State as an integral tool in their operation. 	State of Mississippi The State of Mississippi has relied on EMGrantsPro since Hurricane Katrina for both Public Assistance (MississippiPA.org) and Hazard Mitigation (MitigationMS.org). 	State of Alabama Alabama was the first gulf coast State to launch their State Public Assistance system after Hurricane Katrina. The system, AlabamaPA.org, helped the State to collect RPA's, distribute State-local funding agreements, and then to manage the reimbursement process. Alabama's system is unique when it comes to grouping payments based on the SmartLink Draw, with the system even generating a custom letter for the release of the funds. More recently, AlabamaPA.org has managed several PA declarations.
	State of California The California Emergency Management Agency (CalEMA) launched CaliforniaPA.org to manage their PA program back in 2008. Their solution included not only Federal PA declarations, but also FMAG's and State-only events. Since California deals with a lot of State-only declarations, they rely on the system for application data collection (in forms called Damage Survey Reports, or DSRs) and then the management of the DSR approval.
	Commonwealth of Virginia The Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) has been using VirginiaPA.org to manage their Public Assistance program since 2009. The first use of the system was to expedite the closeout of Virginia's two storm/flooding events. One of the key features of the system for VDEM is the payment process, including the generation of their Payment Voucher and Pay Letter documents. More recently, MitigationVA.org was launched for Hazard Mitigation.
	State of South Carolina The South Carolina Emergency Management Division started using EMGrantsPro in 2008 to assist in the management of their Public Assistance program. SouthCarolinaPA.org assisted in expediting the closeout of past disasters such as the Severe Ice Storm of 2005 and the Hurricane Katrina Evacuation in 2005. At the same time, the system proactively prepared the State for potential future events.
